By accessing or using the app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.   1. Appointment Booking:
  2. 1.1. Our mobile app allows you to book virtual consultations and in-person clinic appointments with healthcare professionals or service providers.
    1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including your personal details, contact information, and any relevant medical history or requirements.
    1.3. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of a minor.
    1.4. The availability of appointments is subject to the schedule and availability of the healthcare professional or service provider.

  3. Payment and Refunds:
  4. 2.1. Applicable fees for virtual consultations or clinic appointments, including any cancellation or rescheduling fees, will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
    2.2. Payment for appointments must be made through the app using the available payment methods.
    2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, as outlined separately.
    2.4. We reserve the right to modify the pricing and fees for our services at any time. Any changes will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.

  5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  6. 3.1. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
    3.2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to the unavailability of the healthcare professional or service provider, technical difficulties, or emergencies.
    3.3. In the event of our cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an alternative appointment time or refund.

  7. Intellectual Property:
  8. 4.1. The mobile app and website, its content, and all intellectual property rights related to it are the property of One Health Assist or our licensors.
    4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for the purpose of booking appointments. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app without prior written permission.

  11. Disclaimer of Liability:
  12. 6.1. The mobile app and website is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties or representations, expressed or implied.
    6.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through the app.
    6.3. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or the services provided.

  13. Governing Law:
  14. 7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
