Such purposes may include facilitating Platform functionality and accessibility, maintaining secure User authentication and session continuity, enabling appointment scheduling and healthcare coordination, improving customer support and communication systems, monitoring infrastructure performance and operational efficiency, detecting and preventing fraud, cybersecurity threats, misuse, or unauthorized access, conducting analytics and operational reporting, troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing User experience and personalization, managing notifications and engagement activities, preserving system integrity, supporting audit, compliance, legal, and record-keeping requirements, ensuring business continuity, strengthening security controls, facilitating healthcare workflows, and carrying out other lawful, incidental, ancillary, or reasonably necessary operational activities relating to the Platform or Services.
The Company does not knowingly use Tracking Technologies for unlawful surveillance, prohibited profiling, unauthorized behavioural advertising, impermissible tracking practices, or sale, disclosure, or commercialization of health-related information in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, regulatory obligations, or the Company’s privacy and confidentiality commitments.
Third-Party Technologies
The Company may engage authorized third-party analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, technology vendors, SDK providers, communication service providers, payment gateway operators, cybersecurity providers, customer engagement platforms, infrastructure partners, monitoring providers, healthcare-support technology providers, and other authorized service providers in connection with the operation, maintenance, monitoring, analytics, security, communication, or enhancement of the Platform and Services.

l. other essential operational, technical, healthcare-support, or security-related purposes connected with the lawful functioning of the Platform or Services.
Accordingly, restricting, disabling, blocking, rejecting, deleting, or withdrawing consent for certain Tracking Technologies may adversely affect or limit:
a. Platform accessibility;
b. account authentication;
c. secure login functionality;
d. User personalization;
e. appointment management;
f. healthcare coordination services;
g. communication delivery;
h. operational continuity;
i. service efficiency;
j. application performance;
k. system security;
l. technical stability; or
m. availability or functionality of certain portions of the Platform or Services.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, delay, reduced functionality, service limitation, authentication failure, technical malfunction, communication issue, degraded User experience, operational disruption, or inability to access certain Services arising from restrictions, disabling actions, consent withdrawals, device settings, browser limitations, or technical controls implemented by the User in relation to Tracking Technologies.

Children's Privacy
The Company does not knowingly use Tracking Technologies for behavioural advertising, profiling, prohibited tracking activities, or targeted advertising directed specifically towards minors in a manner prohibited under applicable law.
Where the Platform is accessed by or on behalf of minors, dependents, or individuals lacking legal capacity, the Company expects that such access shall occur only under the supervision, authorization, or involvement of a parent, lawful guardian, caregiver, or legally authorized representative in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
