Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy (the "Policy") governs the terms and conditions for the delivery and shipping of all the products listed on the Platform. By accessing the Platform or placing an order to avail any of the listed products and services on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Policy without modification.

At One Portfolio Advisory Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "ours"), under the brand "One Health Assist," we strive to provide you with the best possible healthcare products and medicines through our website, i.e., www.onehealthassist.com, and mobile application ("Platform").

We offer the following Products through the Platform via our platform partners and third-party vendors (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendors") registered on our Platform:

Ordering Process

•Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the purchased items, shipping address, and expected delivery timeframe based on the Vendor's shipping policy.

•Shipping Information: Customers should review the shipping information provided by the Vendor on the product page or the Vendor's website, including estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping fees.

•Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are decided by the Vendor at its own discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

•Shipping Times: Vendors are responsible for shipping products within their specified handling times, as indicated on the product page. Customers should refer to these times for estimated delivery days : 7-8 days.

•Tracking Orders: Once shipped, Vendors will provide Customers with tracking information. Customers can use this information to monitor the status and estimated arrival of their orders.

•Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Any changes should be communicated promptly to both the Vendor and the Platform through email.

•Inspection: Upon delivery, customers should inspect packages for any visible damage, discrepancies, incorrect items, or quantity issues. If there are concerns about the condition of the package or contents, customers should notify both the Vendor and the Platform immediately through email or on the Platform.

•Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Each Vendor sets their own return policies, which should be clearly communicated on the product page. Customers should review these policies before initiating a return.

Dispute Resolution

•No claims shall be brought against the Platform or the Company for any disputes arising out of this Policy.

•In cases where issues arise regarding shipping and delivery, the same shall be governed by the provisions mentioned in the Terms of Use.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Order Medicine

Shipping Charges:

  • •Estimated shipping charges are calculated as per the value of the order and can be viewed in the cart section at the time of checkout.

Delivery Timelines:

  • •While we strive to deliver all products within the estimated time, delivery timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control including logistical delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions. OneHealthAssist shall not be held liable for any such delay.
